1. The service

CrossoverPrep provides an online preparation course for the CCAT (Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test), including video lessons, timed mock tests, section drills and downloadable material. It is an independent study resource.

2. No affiliation

CrossoverPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Crossover.com or Criteria Corp. CCAT® and Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test are trademarks of Criteria Corp and are referenced only to describe the exam this course helps you prepare for.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.

4. Purchase & access

On successful payment you receive immediate, lifetime access to the course content, including future updates and added mock tests. The price shown at checkout (₹1,500 in India, $15 elsewhere) is the price you pay.

5. Licence & acceptable use

Your access is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, record, or publicly post the course content. Accounts found sharing or pirating content may be suspended without refund.

6. No guarantee of results

We provide preparation material and practice; we do not guarantee any specific CCAT score or hiring outcome. Score figures cited reflect publicly reported CCAT averages and typical role cutoffs; individual results vary with effort and starting ability.

7. Availability

The platform is provided "as is." We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which offers a same-day refund on course purchases.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
